Workshop and Customer Service

You make sure everything runs smoothly. From tractors to combine harvesters, in the Workshop and Customer Service field, you are the expert in our extensive product portfolio. You conduct repairs as well as maintenance and are responsible for diagnosis and troubleshooting on all machinery.

Many of our colleagues in the Workshop and Customer Service field are agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics. They quickly spot what the problem is and reliably compile fault diagnoses in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems. Potential causes are pinpointed and defects remedied professionally. Typically CLAAS.

Agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics also equip agricultural vehicles and machinery with accessories and additional features. Last but not least, we rely on them when it comes to assessing used machinery and making the right diagnosis.

Typical jobs in the Workshop and Customer Service field:

  • Agricultural and construction machinery mechatronic (m/f/d)
  • Head of Workshop (m/f/d)
  • Deputy Head of Workshop (m/f/d)
